Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, deepening your current practice, or looking to build a consistent yoga ritual, my classes are designed to help you transform your life.

1:1 class ~ Escape the noise and return to yourself

​Press pause on the daily grind. Let me curate the perfect yoga experience for your unique needs. No planning required—just grab a mat (or borrow one of mine) and relax into a sequence built for YOU. Your journey to feeling centered starts here.

Group classes - Tailor-made sessions for your favorite people.

Whether you want to sweat, flow, or find your zen, I’ll design the class of your dreams. Gather your partner, friends, or co-workers for a private experience centered on your collective well-being. From your body to your soul~this practice is all about you.

  • Minimum of 2 people, max 25 people. I can work with bigger groups with an added cost.

Duration: 60-90 min

 

{Yoga styles to choose} : Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Chakra flow~all levels welcome! Coming soon: Bhakti Yoga

{Incorporating per request} : Breath-work, Meditation, sound & Qigong.

 

{Optional to add for an extra fee} : cacao ceremony, meditation/breath-work workshop, yoga philosophy, sound bath & chakra balancing class. See pricing list below.

 

Where and when?

In person: Classes will be taken on a private terrace overlooking the Lisbon river (weather permitting) or at the convenience of your space for an extra free.

Online : via Zoom, pre-recorded class send via file on Google Drive.

In person - starting at $100

Online- starting at $85

Pre-recorded personalized flows - starting at $50

Group classes in person- prices varies depending size of group and class needed ( ex. group of  4 people: $35 pp / $140 total | 10–20 people: $20–$25 pp or $180–$250 flat)

Packages available (ex: 4 sessions = 10%)

I offer other services that can enhance your practice and go deeper for an additional cost. 

  • Cacao Ceremony- ancestral sacred ceremony to open your heart and nourish your body.

  • Yoga Philosophy~discovering the multitude of philosophical ideas that are helpful to explore the deeper dimensions of the body, mind, and spirit.

  • Meditation~involves focused attention and awareness practices, which has a wide range of psychological benefits.

  • Breath-work~ calm your nervous system and connect with your body while easing the mind.

  • Chakra balancing~ energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven chakras with different practices.

  • Sound bath- using ancestral and new sound instruments to balance the frequency and energy of your body.
