Private Classes

Yoga is a way of living~

1:1 or group classes

Whether you are starting your practice, currently practicing or want to enforce a steady yoga practice my classes will help you improve your life! 

What I can do for you?

  • 1:1 class - My Private Sessions are a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Let me know what you need and I take care of the rest. Just grab a mat (or borrow mine) and relax into a soothing yoga sequence just for YOU that will leave you feeling centered and renewed. 

  • Group classes- I can customized the class of your dreams! Grab your partner, friends, family or co-workers and have fun or relax by doing what you need for your body, mind and soul. This classes are customized just for you~

    • minimum of 2 people, max 25 people-I can work with bigger groups with an added cost.

Duration: 60-90 min

 

{Yoga styles to choose} : beginners, vinyasa, hatha, yin, nidra, chakra~all levels welcome!

{Incorporating per request} : breath-work, meditation and sound (up to 15 min).

 

{Optional to add for an extra fee} : cacao ceremony, meditation/breath-work workshop, yoga philosophy, sound bath & chakra balancing class.

 

Classes will be taken on my private property or at the convenience of your space for an extra free.

  • Cacao Ceremony- ancestral sacred ceremony to open your heart and nourish your body.

  • Yoga Philosophy~discovering the multitude of philosophical ideas that are helpful to explore the deeper dimensions of the body, mind, and spirit.

  • Meditation~involves focused attention and awareness practices, which has a wide range of psychological benefits.

  • Breath-work~ calm your nervous system and connect with your body while easing the mind.

  • Chakra balancing~ energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven chakras with different practices.

  • Sound bath- using ancestral and new sound instruments to balance the frequency and energy of your body.
