Chakra Flow

Chakra Flow

Aligning With Yourself

Chakra flow classes intends to highlight and balance each of the seven main chakras or energy centers. During this class, we practice specific yoga postures that are beneficial to each chakra in combination with affirmations, meditation, and breathing exercises.

Yoga Nidra

Find the ultimate relaxation

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through leaving you with a sense of wholeness

Vinyasa Flow

The Joys of Yoga

Vinyasa flow classes are crafted to be creative, progressive, and in tune with the breath, leaving you with a deep feeling of equanimity and peace. Each class is unique, but may include standing postures, backbends, twists, core and spine stability, and of course, sweet final stillness for reflection and contemplation.

Focus Hatha

Yoga Is Self Care

Focus Hatha classes includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and breathing exercises, which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Classes will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold yoga poses longer.

Sound Bliss

Transform your world through listening

The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including tuning forks, gongs, shruti box, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice.

Yin Yoga

Restore. Connect. Pause

Yin Yoga is a quieter style of practice that uses steady, long-held postures that benefit your deeper, "yin", connective tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, tendons, joints, and bones. Though the practice is simple, it can be challenging in that in periods of stillness we start to pay more attention to what is happening in the here and now.
